Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects and how SSM One Pty Ltd uses it.
Overview
SSM One Pty Ltd (ABN 89 345 984 375), based in Sydney, Australia, respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and how it is used. We use privacy-conscious analytics that stay off until you consent, and we never sell your data.
Information we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and message. We do not require account creation or collect payment details. If you consent to analytics (see below), Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited and approximate location; you can decline, and analytics stays off unless you opt in.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share, or use it for marketing purposes without your separate consent.
Third-party services
This site uses Calendly to let visitors book a call — Calendly may set its own cookies when its scheduling widget is used, subject to Calendly's own privacy policy. Contact form submissions are delivered to us via Gmail, subject to Google's own privacy policy. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to measure site traffic, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Cookies & local storage
We do not set advertising cookies. This site stores your light/dark theme preference and your analytics consent choice in your browser's local storage — neither is transmitted to us. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics only after you accept them via the consent banner; they stay off by default and you can decline. Calendly may set its own cookies when you use its widget. To change your analytics choice, clear this site's data in your browser and reload — the consent banner will appear again.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are delivered directly to our Gmail inbox as email correspondence — there is no separate database or CRM copy. We retain them only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for our own record-keeping.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted to us. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
